Jerrold Tarog’s acclaimed historical epic, “Heneral Luna,” with John Arcilla in the title role, has set a new sales landmark for its DVD release. It is now the best-selling DVD of any historical Filipino film ever released in the market. It’s available nationwide in Magnavision, Astroplus, Odyssey and SM stores (visit www.henerallunathemovie.com).

Meanwhile, the 2014 Metro Manila film fest entry, “Bonifacio: Ang Unang Pangulo,” starring Robin Padilla, is the latest Pinoy film available for streaming via cinetropa.com, the only movie-streaming site exclusively dedicated to Filipino films.

Other titles available for streaming include the indies “Pepot Artista,” “Paglipad ng Anghel,” “Jazz in Love,” “Jay,” “MNL 143” and “K’na, The Dreamweaver.”
