Cherry Pie ‘saddened’ about Jiro Manio’s condition

Actress Cherry Pie Picache, who played troubled actor Jiro Manio’s mother in Brillante Ma. Mendoza’s “Foster Child” in 2007, told the Inquirer: “It saddens me to hear about Jiro’s condition. I’m always here…to help. I also feel that members of organizations such as the Kapisanan ng mga Artista ng Pelikulang Pilipino should come together to help Jiro. I know that direk Maryo J. de los Reyes has done so much already. But I suppose we can do more.” Bayani San Diego Jr.
