‘Norte’ in Sight & Sound Top 10

LAV DIAZ’S “Norte, Hangganan ng Kasaysayan” made it to Sight & Sound’s Top 10 films of 2013.

“Norte” tied with another Cannes Un Certain Regard entry this year, Alain Guiraudie’s “Stranger by the Lake,” on November 9.

Kong Rithdee hailed “Norte” as “dense like literature and deeply rooted in the cave of cinema … (it) gives us the best and the worst of humanity.”
