MANILA, Philippines—Controversial talent manager Annabelle Rama has finally reconciled with former actress Nadia Montenegro, as announced by Rama in her official Twitter account (@annabellerama2) on Wednesday.

In her Tweets posted around Wednesday noon, Rama recounted her arrival from Cebu with a positive outlook to attend a court hearing in Manila, regarding the libel cases against Montenegro.

Rama said she and Montenegro were both in a good mood and they had lunch together. Montenegro came with her children, actresses Ynna and Alyanna Asistio, who were once managed by Rama.

Rama said Montenegro said sorry to her repeatedly and embraced her. The gesture was followed by Ynna and Alyanna.

The gesture of Montenegro, she said, melted her heart. She said they talked about the case and “it looked like nothing happened and it’s back to normal.”

The meeting ended their two-year indifference or soap opera-like verbal skirmishes.

The legal battle started in 2011, when Montenegro filed a four-page affidavit before the Quezon City prosecutor’s office, accusing Rama of making her then minor daughters of working for more than 40 hours.
This was followed by a series of verbal skirmishes posted on their Twitter accounts. Totel V. de Jesus, INQUIRER.net
