Andi-Jake split is twice the pain
Andi Eigenmann and Jake Ejercito have called it quits. That’s sad because they were best buddies. Again, this proves that it’s not always wise to fall in love with your pal because when it ends, you lose a lover and a friend.
The actress stressed there was no third party.
I’m sure feisty Andi will bounce back stronger. The pain could even give her a deeper reservoir of emotions to draw from as an actress.
What made you decide to part ways?
We didn’t decide together. He just told me that he didn’t feel the same way anymore.

Article continues after this advertisementI guess so. It was the first time he said that.
Are you ready to welcome suitors?
I’d like to stay single for now because I’m really heartbroken. It’s good that I have baby Elle.
Nora’s next
I enjoyed bonding with Ate Guy at Jill’s (The Fort) when it launched—in cooperation with Magic 89.9—“Friday Madness” with DJ Jon Tupaz, The Classic Mixes/Fresh Music/Familiar Faces.
Ate Guy said she was looking forward to working with Coco Martin. “If plans push through,” she said, “I’ll be his mom, a bida-kontrabida. The movie will be directed by Brilliante Mendoza. Mareng Vi was supposed to be in the cast, too; too bad her schedule wouldn’t allow it.”
She was also excited about the release of her masterpiece starrer, “Himala,” in HD format. “I’ve seen the new version; it really moved me,” she said. “And since ABS-CBN was in charge of the project, I’m glad I’ve made peace with Kapamilya bosses. But I’m staying put in TV5 because they take good care of me there.”
Pinoys will never lose their amor for La Aunor. She could very well be called Pambansang Idol.
Anyway, Jill’s will be my new Friday habit. Super-thanks to cool owners Ray Espinosa, Marco Borlongan and Ito de la Paz, and the wonderful manager, Lou Evaristo, for making me feel instantly at home.
Also spotted there were Cesar Montano, Rufa Mae Quinto, Alice Dixson, Regine Tolentino, Amy Perez, Divine Lee, Alex Gonzaga and Danita Paner.
Going int’l
After raking in P100 million at the box office in six days, “A Secret Affair” will be screened in Saipan, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and all over the United States. Kudos to Viva Films for another “Happy AFFAIR After!”
