Captain America is heading to local theatres starting July 27
Another Marvel superhero is coming to life in local theaters next week with “Captain America: The First Avenger.”
The film starts on the early days of the Marvel universe when Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) joins an experimental program that turns him into a Super Soldier who will eventually be known as Captain America.
He later forms allies with Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan) and Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) to fight Red Skull (Hugo Weaving), the leader of the evil HYDRA organization.
Directed by Joe Johnston, this movie’s cast members also include Tommy Lee Jones, Hugo Weaving, Dominic Cooper, Toby Jones, Neal McDonough, Derek Luke, and Stanley Tucci.
