Sofia Andres clarifies after showing off diamond ring: ‘Got this for myself’

Sofia Andres made a clarification after her new diamond ring drew congratulatory greetings from fans and fellow celebrities who thought it was an engagement ring.
The actress showed off her hand with the band on her ring finger, through her Instagram page on Thursday, July 17.
“Diamonds are forever,” she said in the caption, tagging the London-based jewelry store from where she got it.

Several of Andres’ followers including fellow celebrities Chie Filomeno, Bea Alonzo and Denise Laurel then took to the comments section to congratulate her.

To address the confusion, Andres reshared her post via her Instagram Stories and said, “Got this for myself and it’s pretty. It has my S initial at the back.”
However, Andres appeared to have removed this as of this writing.

Nonetheless, the actress made a few succeeding posts about the jewelry shop, which appears to be in collaboration with her.
Andres has been in a relationship with Daniel Miranda, with whom she shares her daughter Zoe. The couple went public with their romance in November 2018, then welcomed Zoe in 2019.
Just last April, the pair sparked breakup speculations after they had unfollowed each other on Instagram. Andres and Miranda then revealed in a June interview that the actress would often turn to social media and block the latter whenever they had a misunderstanding. /ra
