Actress Nadine Samonte recently shared plans to renew wedding vows with her non-showbiz husband, Richard Chua, in 2026.
Samonte shared the news on her Instagram page as she posted their pictures using the famous landmarks of Paris and Milan as backdrop.
“I just said YES AGAIN!!!! [red heart and heart-eyed emojis],” she captioned her post.
After almost 13 years of being married, the “StarStruck” alumna said that Chua asked for her hand in marriage again on April Fools’ Day, which she initially tried not to take seriously.
“I’m so kilig haha but thinking it’s April 1, baka April fools day hehe Let’s see tomorrow. I’ll post sa stories kung serious [talaga]. Pero he looks so serious. So next year we will renew our vows. Love you so much, Richard. Can’t wait,” she wrote.

Samonte also shared the song that her husband dedicated to her when they first met, which was Christopher Cross’ “Swept Away.”
Chua left a comment on the Facebook post of the 37-year-old actress, writing, “I’d marry you over and over again.”

Samonte and Chua married in 2013 in a private ceremony on a farm in Zambales. They welcomed their first child, Titus, three years later. In 2021, the couple announced the birth of their second child, Harmony.
Meanwhile, the Kapuso actress recently made headlines after she walked the runway of Paris and Milan during fashion week for the collection of Filipino fashion designer Norman Acuba.
