Beauty camp Aces & Queens bares lineup of Binibining Pilipinas 2025 bets

Ahead of the deadline for the filing of applications to the 2025 Binibining Pilipinas competition, training camp Aces & Queens revealed its lineup for the longest-running national pageant in the country.
Among the nine ladies that the renowned pageant camp is fielding in this year’s national pageant is 2022 Miss Universe Philippines first runner-up Annabelle McDonnell, who finished second in the inaugural Miss Charm contest in Vietnam in 2023.
She trained under Aces & Queens for both her previous national and international competitions, and in her recent bout at the 2024 Bb. Sindangan contest where she finished fourth.
Also included in the Aces & Queens roster for Binibining Pilipinas is Kapamilya actress Dalia Verde, who appeared in “He’s Into Her” alongside Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano.
Kapampangan beauty Joanne Thornley, who withdrew from the 2024 Miss Universe Philippines pageant because of “health challenges,” is also giving pageantry another shot by enlisting for Bb. Pilipinas under the camp.
The young British-Filipino girl Mia Golosino who made news for her impressive genius IQ level of 162, exceeding that of Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking, is all grown up and has now thrown her hat into pageantry.
Aces & Queens is also fielding another legacy beauty this year, Jemille Rustia Zosa who is a granddaughter of 1968 Bb. Pilipinas second runner-up Benigna Rustia.
The camp had previously trained 1984 Miss Universe third runner-up Desiree Verdadero’s daughter Aya Abesamis and niece Mafae Yunon. Abesamis was a runner-up in 2019, then later assumed the Binibining Pilipinas Grand International title after Samantha Lo’s fall from grace, while Yunon was sent to the Miss World pageant in 2003 where she finished in the Top 5.
Aces & Queens has established itself as a formidable force in the national and international pageant scene, with some of its most successful wards coming from the Bb. Pilipinas pageant.
Among the recent products of the pageant camp to reap crowns in the Binibining Pilipinas pageant are reigning Binibining Pilipinas International Myrna Esguerra, The Miss Globe 2023 second runner-up Anna Lakrini, 2023 Miss International third runner-up Nicole Borromeo, and 2022 Miss Grand International fifth runner-up Roberta Tamondong.
Aces & Queens also honed 2015 Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach, 2015 The Miss Globe Ann Colis, 2016 Miss International Kylie Verzosa, 2021 Miss Intercontinental Cinderella Faye Obeñita, and Miss Universe runners-up Venus Raj, Shamcey Supsup-Lee, Janine Tugonon, and Ariella Arida.
