Fyang Smith had already risen to fame even before being declared as the big winner of “Pinoy Big Brother: Gen 11” last year. After the reality show’s season ended, “Nasaan si Fyang?” (where is Fyang) gained traction online.

The question trended online after another housemate JM Ibarra appeared in a public event without her. The two are being “shipped” even when they were still inside the Big Brother house.

“Meron po kaming event, individually, ni JM. Ako po tinatanong po ako ng fans kay JM, ‘Nasaan si Fyang?’ (JM and I had events, individually. The fans were looking for me, asking JM ‘where is Fyang?'” she said during a recent branch launch in Quezon City.

And now, even in public events that do not involve “PBB” or the housemates, netizens still pose the question on the comments section of online posts in jest.

INQUIRER.net asked her how she would respond to the viral question now. “Sa stage ng life ko, si Fyang po ngayon ay nasa cloud 9 na po (At the stage of my life now, Fyang now is on cloud 9),” she responded.

“She is enjoying what she has, cherishing everything that she has. And Fyang is in a peaceful place. She has a peaceful, happy heart. Everything she has prayed for has finally come true,” she continued in a mix of English and Filipino.

Smith also expressed her elation at the collaboration between ABS-CBN and GMA for the recent season of the reality show, “Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition.”

“I am really glad that GMA and ABS-CBN are now together inside one house. And honestly, whatever obstacle or problem, I feel that this current batch will have fun. I am happy for them,” Smith said.

She also advised viewers not to be too quick to put judgment on the housemates. “Kasi iyong iba mahilig silang man-judge based lang sa nakikita nila sa tao on screen (Because some of us want to judge based on what they only see from the person on screen),” she shared.

Smith said sometimes the people are only shown the bad side of a person. “We still don’t know the person fully. They don’t know that person in person on and off camera. Huwag po silang mag-judge (They should not judge),” she explained.

From the current batch of housemates, she said she sees herself in Esnyr. Smith said that she is very frank, fun-loving, and talkative like the online content creator. She is also throwing her support to Brent Manalo, who she found to be “super nonchalant,” but has a heart that can offer a lot.

Smith, meanwhile, said that she can get to practice her “Bisaya” that she picked up from her Cebuano and Visayan housemates as she is expected to visit Cebu and Bohol for her latest engagement with the Visayas-based marketing company, that specializes in distributing Apple products in the region.
