Kim Chiu and Paulo Avelino’s portrayal of a troubled couple in “Linlang” earned the recognition of the Philippine Movie Press Club (PMPC), as their tandem bagged the German Moreno Power Tandem Award in the 38th Star Awards for Television, along with Barbie Forteza and David Licauco.

The PMPC announced the partial winners of the 38th Star Awards for Television on its Facebook page on Sunday, March 16, which honors the biggest names in the local entertainment industry.

The late Gloria Romero will also receive the Posthumous Award as one of the Icons of Philippine Television for her “unparalleled contributions and lasting legacy” as one of the country’s longstanding actresses.

FEATURED STORIES

The 38th edition of PMPC’s Star Awards for Television will be held at the Dolphy Theater on March 23, hosted by Chiu, Piolo Pascual, and Alden Richards. A delayed telecast of the ceremony will be aired on April 25 at A2Z.
