Kiray Celis not ready yet for marriage

Kiray Celis responded to questions about the next step in her relationship with boyfriend Stephan Estopia, with the actress-businesswoman admitting that she’s not ready yet to settle down.

Celis said this during a “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” interview last Wednesday, March 12, after show host Abunda asked if she was already engaged.

“No. Of course, ikaw ang unang makakaalam no’n,” Celis told the veteran TV host.

Opening up more on her relationship, the “Goin’ Bulilit” admitted, “Sobra ko siyang pine-pressure. Sabi ko, ‘Gusto ko ganitong singsing ah, dapat ganito kamahal. Bla bla bla.'”

“Pero kasi feeling ko, reasons ko lang ‘yon. Siya, lagi niyang sinasabi na ‘sobrang ready na ako. Hindi pa ba?’ Parang hindi niya pa nararamdaman na ready ako,” she disclosed.

Celis further confessed that she initially thought her decision to not settle down yet was because of her priorities for her family.

“Pero ngayon, ako pala talaga ‘yung hindi ready. Parang late bloomer ako, Tito Boy,” she admitted. “Ngayon ko pa lang nafi-feel na parang — uy, ngayon pa lang ako nagdadalaga.”

Celis and Estopia made their relationship public in 2019, with the actress-businesswoman describing him as the “right person” for her.
