Derek Ramsay laughs off false claims he, Ellen Adarna split

Derek Ramsay could not help but be amused as he shrugged off the recent false claims that he and his wife Ellen Adarna supposedly broke up.
Through his Instagram Stories on Monday, Feb. 17, the actor shared a screenshot of a social media page claiming that Adarna had supposedly signed their annulment papers.
Ramsay did not immediately say anything about the post and only put five rolling on the floor laughing emoji.

The false claims circulated amid the couple’s recent displays of affection, including their Valentine’s Day social media posts for each other.

Ramsay and Adarna also earlier had an interview with broadcaster Karen Davila where the couple opened up about their wedding, which came after only three months of dating.
“Parang nagayuma, para mo akong nagayuma. Yes, I’m sure,” Adarna told Ramsay when asked why she decided to marry the actor. “Pero I can’t really answer that because it just felt like, ‘Yeah, this is the one. No questions, no doubts.'”
Ramsay, for his part, spoke about his admiration for Adarna as a mother, which he said was one of the factors why he fell in love with her.
“I remember she told me that she wanted to become a good mom to Elias…to better herself, to be a better mom to Elias,” he said, referring to Adarna’s son with her ex-boyfriend John Lloyd Cruz.
Adarna and Ramsay tied the knot in an intimate wedding in Bataan in 2021. In October last year, Ramsay announced the birth of their daughter Liana.
