Randy Santiago will temporarily replace senatorial aspirant Willie Revillame as host of the TV5 variety show “Wil to Win” during the campaign season.
Revillame announced this through the show’s episode on Monday, Jan. 27, while introducing Santiago to the studio audience.
“Feb. 10 po ang last day ko dito sa ‘Wil to Win’ pero ang good news ay hindi pumayag si [Manny V. Pangilinan]…’yung mga heads at boss namin na huminto ang programa. Mawala man ako, itutuloy pa rin po natin ang programa para ho makapagbigay ng saya,” said Revillame, who also celebrated his birthday during the show episode.
“Sana naman ho ay ‘wag niyong iiwan kasi ginawa itong programang ito para sa inyo,” he appealed.
Revillame went on to introduce Santiago who then came out from backstage and joined the TV host.
