Judy Ann Santos, Mylene Dizon to join cast of ‘Ex Ex Lovers’

Judy Ann Santos and Mylene Dizon will make an appearance on “Ex Ex Lovers,” the upcoming reunion film of onscreen partners Marvin Agustin and Jolina Magdangal.
Santos and Dizon’s casting was announced by the film’s co-producer Antoinette Jadaone on her Instagram account on Tuesday, January 14, which showed a photo of the actresses posing with the lead stars and the film’s production team.
“Pinapangarap lang namin ito [last year]… hindi nanatiling drowing. Ang suryal sila mapanood magkakasama. Thank youuuuuuuuuuu @officialjuday @missmylenedizon,” Jadaone wrote.
“All for the love of marvin and jolens. excited na ako mapanood. as a fan na ako dito, not as produ and writer,” she continued.

“Ex Ex Lovers” marks Agustin, Magdangal, Santos, and Mylene’s reunion after working together in the teen drama “Gimik” which aired from June 1996 to February 1999.
In the show, Agustin and Magdangal star as Joey and Ese, who form a hate-to-love relationship. Santos was paired with the late matinee idol Rico Yan, while Dizon starred as a working student who moved to Manila to fulfill her scholarship.
The upcoming film, which premieres in theaters on February 12, will revolve around the rekindling of the push-and-pull relationship between Agustin and Magdangal’s characters. It also stars juan karlos and Loisa Andalio.
