President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. on Thursday urged the public to support local films under the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF), which is now celebrating its 50th year.
In his video message played at the beginning of each MMFF movies, Marcos urged the public to bring their friends and family to the cinema this holiday season.
“Tangkilikin po natin ang kwentong Pilipino,” Marcos said. “Suportahan po natin ang Metro Manila Film Festival 2024.” (Let’s support Filipino stories. We should support the Metro Manila Film Festival 2024.)
(Bring your families, friends and watch the 10 films from the MMFF.
