TOKYO — Binibining Pilipinas Angelica Lopez is not the only one raising the Philippine flag in the Miss International 2024 pageant, and we are not talking about another delegate of Filipino heritage in the competition.
The Tokyo-based pageant has once again tapped a team of Filipinos to handle the official portraits, starting with Raymond Saldaña and Owen Suan Reyes of Klicbox Studios who return with their cameras.
The duo has also worked on the previous editions of the Miss International pageant for photography and videography requirements of the competition.
Also returning for another collaboration with the Miss International pageant is Patrick Henry Mergano, the stylist of 2018 Miss Universe Catriona Gray, to assemble the looks for the 2024 delegates’ portraits.
The latest addition to the pool of Filipino talents woking with the Miss International pageant is fashion designer Louis Pangilinan, who provided a new collection of flirty and feminine outfits for the delegates’ glam portraits.
The Miss International pageant, organized by the International Cultural Association (ICA) in Japan, is headed by its Filipino Executive Director Stephen Diaz, who rose to the position after serving in various capacities for the past several years.
