Heaven Peralejo is making a childhood dream into reality as she started learning ballet, underscoring that it’s never too late to “heal [her] inner child.”
The actress spoke about this while giving a glimpse of her first ballet class, through her Instagram page on Monday, Nov. 4.
“Ballet is challenging, but I’m loving each moment,” she said in the caption.
Peralejo then regarded her decision to pursue ballet as a “proof [that] it’s never too late to follow a dream and heal my inner child, one plié at a time.”
Peralejo earned admiration from her fans who were all praises for the actress in the comments section.
Prior to Peralejo, another actress who also fulfilled her childhood dream of learning ballet is celebrity mom Jessy Mendiola.
“I’ve decided to chase an old dream of mine. When I was younger, we couldn’t afford ballet classes,” Mendiola recalled.
“Here’s to trying new things no matter how old (or late) you are, the most important thing is that you are happy and you are still willing to learn after all these years,” she stated.
Peralejo, a “Pinoy Big Brother” alum, is best known for starring in the films “Nanahimik ang Gabi” and “Fruitcake.” She was also part of several TV series including “Linlang” and “The Iron Heart.”
