Sandro Muhlach asserted that he will not agree to a settlement on the complaints he filed against his alleged abusers, GMA independent contractors Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz, with the actor stressing that he “will not be silenced.”
Muhlach said this through his Instagram Stories on Friday, Oct. 11, showing screenshots of netizen remarks about how the actor has supposedly turned silent about the legal battle.
“Sandro, ano nga bang nangyari sa kaso mo? Binayaran ka ba para manahimik?” one netizen said.
“Nabalewala lang [‘yung] pinaglaban ni [Sandro],” another social media user wrote.
Muhlach, in turn, stated, “Still waiting for the resolution of DOJ (Department of Justice) and GMA Legal. Hindi po ako binayaran and never po ako magpapabayad for settlement.”
The actor further noted that his legal team is also awaiting the development in the case.
“‘Wag niyo po pangunahan lahat,” he appealed. “I will not be silenced. Just wait. We have more yet to reveal.”

Muhlach filed a complaint of rape through sexual assault and acts of lasciviousness against Nones and Cruz at the DOJ last Aug. 19. Nones and Cruz, for their part, have formally submitted their joint counter-affidavit, denying the allegations against them.
The case is also being investigated in the Senate as part of the probe on sexual abuse in the entertainment industry. In one of the hearings, Muhlach narrated how he was allegedly molested and taught to use illegal drugs by Nones and Cruz after the GMA Gala last July 20.
Muhlach also filed an HR complaint against the independent contractors at GMA.
