Pop star Olivia Rodrigo and her actor boyfriend Louis Partridge have arrived in Manila and delighted their fans with a romantic sighting as they engaged in public display of affection, or PDA, at the airport.

On Thursday evening, Oct. 3, the couple landed at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) and were captured holding hands and getting cozy as they spoke to each other. Rodrigo is in the country to stage her “GUTS” concert.

Before her arrival, the “Dejavu” singer shared a TikTok video of herself on a plane, dubbing Cameron Diaz’s interview in which the actress talked about growing up around Filipinos and enjoying dishes like lumpia and adobo.

Rodrigo also took to Instagram to share that she ate the famous Philippine dessert halo-halo upon her arrival in the country.

“Halo-halo secured!!! So excited to be in the Philippines,” she wrote in the caption.

The “Driver’s Licence” singer and Partridge were also spotted by netizens separately. The “Vampire” singer was seen at a mall, while the British actor was seen roaming around the streets in Makati.

Rodrigo’s fans poked fun at the half-Filipino and half-American singer bringing her boyfriend to the Philippines, also considered her home country.

“Just liv (Olivia) casually bringing her afam (foreigner) to meet the titas and titos (aunties and uncles),” wrote one fan on X.

The romance between Rodrigo and the “Enola Holmes” actor began to sizzle in October 2023 after they were spotted kissing in the streets of New York City.

In late August this year, the pair made their first appearance as a couple at the Venice International Film Festival. In the same month, Partridge also posted the “Good 4 U” singer on his Instagram for the first time.

On Sept. 10, Rodrigo announced on her social media accounts that she would be bringing her “Silver Star” show to the Philippines on Oct. 5 at the Philippine Arena, with all tickets priced at P1,500 (including taxes).

All net proceeds from the concert will go to the “traitor” singer’s Fund 4 Good, a global initiative committed to supporting women’s future concerning education, reproductive rights, and preventing gender-based violence.

Rodrigo’s concert film on her “GUTS World Tour” will drop on Netflix on Oct. 29.
