Angelica Panganiban honors late mom by naming farm after her

Angelica Panganiban gave a glimpse of her visit to Ebela’s Farm, the property she named after her mother who passed away in August.

The actress shared this as she celebrated the birthdays of her daughter Amila and her husband Gregg Homan over a camping date at the farm, as seen in a vlog on Panganiban’s YouTube channel last Saturday, Sept. 21.

“Medyo nagpahinga kami dahil sa mga kaganapan recently, but life goes on. Kailangan naming i-celebrate ang life,” she said, showing the preparations they did for their intimate celebration with close friends and loved ones.

“We’re here at Ebela’s Farm. Ipinangalan namin kay Mama ang farm. Para bang kasama pa rin naman siya,” she continued. “Since hindi pa namin mapatayuan ng building si Ebela, Ebela’s Farm muna.”

Speaking about her mom, she added, “Sa mga hindi nakakaalam, Ebela is my mom who passed away [last] Aug. 20. Medyo sudden ang kanyang pang-iiwan sa atin pero gano’n talaga.”

Panganiban then went on to share moments from the celebration. Among her guests were her celebrity friends Glaiza de Castro and Andoy Ranay.

Panganiban shared the news of her mom’s death last Aug. 21. No cause of death was immediately disclosed.

Meanwhile, Panganiban earlier dedicated a birthday message for Amila whom she regarded as the reason why she sees life “as colorful as it can be.”
