Venice Film Festival: Standout stars on the red carpet

The Venice Film Festival has been a showcase not just of big screen spectacles but also of the fashion moments of starring celebrities.
This year’s film fest is no different with standout stars including Angelina Jolie, Nicole Kidman, Julianne Moore, Cate Blanchett and, of course, Filipino actress Janine Gutierrez, populating the stunners list.
The film celebration event started on Aug. 28 and will run until Sept. 7. Days into the festival, here’s some of the notable stars who had head-turning ensembles:
