Arlene Muhlach finishes communication degree at PWU
Arlene Muhlach accomplished a new milestone as she graduated from the Philippine Women’s University, after taking up Bachelor of Arts in Communication.
Muhlach took to her Instagram page on Monday, Sept. 2, to celebrate the end of her college life, while sharing her graduation photo and glimpses of the graduation ceremony.
“I stopped my college studies in my third year many years ago when work was offered to me. Then my family came and my priorities changed. Proving that it is never too late to fulfill a longstanding goal, I now have a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Communication from [the] Philippine Women’s University @mypwu_official,” she said.

The actress thanked her professors, blockmates, and the university’s Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program for believing in her abilities. She also expressed her gratitude to her husband, children, and officemates in the Commission on Appointments for their support.

The actress, who is sister to actor Aga Muhlach, has appeared in several shows and films throughout her career including “A Love to Last,” “Pangako Sa’yo,” “May Bukas Pa,” and “Walang Hanggan,” to name a few.
