Maja Salvador back to working out three months after childbirth
Three months after she gave birth to her first child Maria, Maja Salvador is already back in the gym to get her pre-pregnancy figure back.
The actress gave a glimpse of her workout session with her sister-in-law Yanee Alvarez, whom she called her “workout buddy” and regards as her inspiration.
“Love you ate! You’re such an inspiration to me!” she addressed Alvarez. “Grabe ka after [four] kids oh!”
“Kaya naman lezzgow, Mama Maj!” Salvador cheered for herself.

The couple revealed last December that they would be welcoming their first child. Salvador then gave birth to Maria in May.
Days after announcing their daughter’s birth, Salvador revealed that she almost had to undergo surgery due to a complication that caused severe blood loss.
“Sinabihan na lang ako ng Doula ko na anytime I would have to go to the operating room for surgery. That time sabi ko na lang sa sarili ko na I can’t do anything anymore. Ubos na ubos na lakas ko,” she recalled.
“I started praying Hail Mary, paulit-ulit kahit wala na akong lakas. And miraculously, after their last attempt, one of the OB GYN succeeded in repositioning my uterus. AMEN!” she added.
