Elisse Joson, McCoy de Leon’s daughter kicks off school journey
Elisse Joson and McCoy de Leon’s daughter Felize is embarking on a new adventure as she kicked off her first day of school in nursery.
As a proud mother, Joson took to Instagram to share some snaps of Felize during her first day at school, adding a touch of creativity as she designed the photos and put some voiceover in each of them.
The first was a black-and-white photo showing Felize’s back that highlighted her beribboned haired and small backpack.
“It’s Felize’s first day of school and we can’t be happier. We actually didn’t plan for it to happen this year. But I guess God’s plan is better than ours. This is very much a core memory for all of us who love her,” said Joson in the voiceover.
The “Mallari” actress shared that Felize has been ready for play school since last year but they “wanted to spend more time with her and instill family values within her first,” but now she’s confident that her daughter is now ready to explore the outside world.

“I can’t believe meron na akong hinahatid sa school (I have someone to drop off to school). Felize, can you let me do this for you until you’re in college?” added the actress in the voiceover.
Joson also shared a short video of Felize looking adorable as she started her day before going to school. The actress also gave a glimpse of the “special breakfast” that de Leon prepared for their daughter and described it as an “act of love.”
The carousel of photos ended with an image of Felize who was all smiles for her first ID picture.
In the comments section, netizens and friends couldn’t help but gush over the cuteness of how Joson documented Felize’s first day of school.
“So adorable!! Love the excitement on her face, not a trace of tears and fear,” said fashion designer Julianne Syjuco.
“I love your creativity; your posts are a notch above the rest. Well-thought out,” commented one netizen.
