Aside from being a world-class gymnast, Carlos Yulo apparently could also pass as a dancer as he showed off his dancing skills during his “TV Patrol” visit.

The two-time Olympic gold winner, 24, visited the set of the news program on Tuesday, Aug. 27, and gave advice to those who want to pursue a gymnastics career.

“Mapa-sports or education, keep doing kung ano ‘yung nasa puso niyo. Palagi tayong magpasalamat kay Lord [dahil] galing sa kanya lahat ng meron tayo—’yung lakas at talento,” he stated.

He then recalled his winning moment as well as hearing the Philippine national anthem at the Paris Olympics, saying he was beaming with pride and joy.

“Sobrang honored po [ako] na na-represent ko ‘yung Philippines, and naipanalo ko po ‘yung pangarap ng bawat Pilipino,” he added.

Yulo also shared that he has plans of opening a gymnastics academy in the future, but that for now, he is focusing on being an athlete. “Gusto ko pong i-maximize pa ‘yung years na pwede pa akong maglaro.”

Yulo visited as well the digital program “TV Patrol Express” where he willingly hopped on the “Maybe This Time” dance trend, which uses Filipino singer Sarah Geronimo’s version of the song.
