Gianna Revilla, husband expecting baby boy

Gianna Revilla, the daughter of Bong Revilla and Lani Mercado, and her non-showbiz husband Jed Patricio held an all-white party where they announced that their first child is a baby boy.
“It’s a boy. Thankful and grateful,” Gianna exclaimed while giving a glimpse of the event through her Instagram page on Friday, Aug. 16.
“Yesterday was filled with pure joy and love as Jed and I celebrate a new season in our lives,” she continued. “We thank God for this precious blessing, and to our family and friends, your support and excitement mean the world to us. We love you all so much!”
During the party, Gianna and Patricio opened a huge box containing blue balloons and in which the phrase “It’s a boy!” was written. Aside from her parents, Gianna’s siblings as well as her actress friend Charlie Dizon were present at the celebration.

Gianna and Patricio tied the knot in 2021. Last June, they announced Gianna’s pregnancy and also revealed that she suffered a miscarriage in 2023.
“It has been our hearts’ desire to start our own little family. Although with a miscarriage last year and dealt with hormonal imbalances, we kept our faith,” she said at the time.
“We let go of our plans, surrendered every pain, doubt, and fear, knowing we can trust only in His plans because they are far greater than ours,” she continued. “This year, God answered our prayer, [and] we know He’s not done yet.”
