Rosmar Tan filed a case against an individual who introduced themselves as a TV network staff and offered to feature the vlogger’s life story in exchange for P5 million.

Tan spoke about her experience with the scammer through an interview with Bandera on Tuesday, Aug. 13.

“May nag-alok po sa akin na ipalabas ang life story ko, pero na-scam po ako. [Sabi] niya may bayad po,” she was quoted as saying. “Inaasikaso ko pa po ‘yung case na ‘yun.”

“Gusto ko po talagang gawin yung life story ko para mas marami pa akong ma-inspire, pero yun nga po, ganu’n po ‘yung nangyari,” she lamented.

Tan said the scammer boasted their supposed affiliation with GMA’s drama anthology “Magpakailanman” which she later discovered was not true.

“So, nakapagbayad po ako sa kanya ng P5 million,” she recalled. “Nangako po siya sa akin na ibabalik niya, nagipit lang siya. Ako naman po naniniwala [kasi] naaawa naman ako.”

“Kaso taon na ang nakalipas tapos kung anu-ano pa ang sinasabi—du’n na po ako nag-file ng kaso. Tapos ngayon po, hinihintay na lang namin yung resulta,” she added.

While Tan did not expound on the case, the vlogger said she is still open to sharing her life story on television. She further noted that she would want her “idol” Marian Rivera to portray her character.

Just prior to this, Tan disclosed that her daily expenses reach P1 to 2 million.
