Miss Universe PH 2024 semifinalist Raven Doctor is new Miss Eco Teen Philippines
Not all is lost for Raven Doctor after finishing in the Top 20 of the 2024 Miss Universe Philippines, as the teen queen has just received her own national title more than two months since the culmination of the competition in May.
Palawan’s representative to the annual national pageant has been proclaimed as the new Miss Eco Teen Philippines, and is set to fly the country’s colors at the 2024 Miss Eco Teen International pageant scheduled in the last quarter of the year.
The international teen tilt has already posted her photo on social media, with the caption, “We are delighted to introduce Raven [Doctor], the proud bearer of the title Miss Eco Teen Philippines 2024! [crown emoji] She will compete on the international stage at the Miss Eco Teen competition in Egypt this October.”
With the recent announcement, Doctor has officially replaced Hanna Uyan, who was crowned Miss Eco Teen Philippines 2024 by The Miss Philippines, a sister brand of the Miss Universe Philippines pageant where the teen tilt’s franchise falls under.

The national search chose the Philippines’ representatives to the Miss Supranational, Miss Asia Pacific International, Miss Aura International, and Miss Charm pageants. It has also acquired the franchises for the Miss Eco International, Miss Eco Teen International, and Miss Cosmo competitions.

At 18, Doctor was the only teenager among the 2024 Miss Universe Philippines semifinalists, and has qualified for the global tilt by default.
Doctor was an underdog in the recent national pageant, who caught the attention of many observers for her impressive performance during the swimsuit competition held in Boracay, which earned massive praise from many pageant fans who at one point placed her on top of the leaderboard.
She now joins the ranks of 2024 Miss Universe Philippines participants who eventually received their own national titles—second runner-up Ahtisa Manalo as 2024 Miss Cosmo Philippines, third runner-up Tarah Valencia as 2025 Miss Supranational Philippines, finalists Cyrille Payumo and Alexie Mae Brooks as 2025 Miss Charm Philippines and 2025 Miss Eco International Philippines, respectively, and semifinalist Kayla Carter as 2024 Miss Charm Philippines.
Doctor’s participation will follow a stellar showing of the Philippines in the Miss Eco Teen International tilt. Roberta Tamondong scored the country’s first victory in the global tilt in 2020, followed by the second-place finish of Tatyana Austria and Beatriz McLelland in 2021 and 2022, respectively.
