Pop star Sabrina Carpenter noticed Sofia Andres’ daughter, Zoe, after the latter danced and lip-synced to “Espresso.”
Andres shared a video of her 4-year-old daughter on TikTok adorably dancing and lip-syncing to Carpenter’s hit song “Espresso.”
The American singer reposted the video on her TikTok page and left a comment on Andres’ original posting; she simply wrote, “Princess [sweet face emoji].”
Andres replied to the “Please, Please, Please” singer’s comment, saying, “OMG! We’re such a fan! We love yaaaa [emojis].”
As of this writing, Zoe’s video has gathered 1.5 million views, 204,800 likes and 762 comments.
Netizens expressed their positive reactions to the genuine exchange between the global pop star and the Filipino actress.
“Naol nagcomment si Sabrina! [loving emojis],” said one netizen.
“OMG, Sabrina reached the Pinoy TikToks [crying emoji],” wrote another.
Zoe is Andres’ daughter with her longtime boyfriend Daniel Miranda.
Meanwhile, Mandy Moore, who voiced Rapunzel in the 2010 animated Disney film “Tangled,” recently said she wants Carpenter to assume the role if there is a live-action version.
“She looks like a Disney princess in real life. I could see her with 50 feet of hair or something,” said Moore, adding that they could play mother-daughter in the movie.
Carpenter has gained popularity lately as she continues to top the music charts with her hits including “Nonsense,” “Espresso” and “Please, Please, Please,” among others.
The pop singer’s latest “Short n’ Sour” tour has been sold out for 29 dates all the way through November this year.
