Xian Lim, Iris Lee hold hands at premiere night of their new movie

Celebrity couple Xian Lim and Iris Lee made their red-carpet debut after they attended the premiere night of “Kuman Thong,” a film they co-wrote together.
On Monday night, July 1, the two walked the red carpet hand in hand and were also seen whispering and smiling to each other as they walked amid the crowd.
Aside from being co-writers of the film, Lim also served as the director and Lee the associate producer.
“Kuman Thong” is a Thai-Filipino film that stars Cindy Miranda, child actors Althea Ruedas and Emman Esquivel, and Thai celebrities Max Nattapol and Jariya Therakaosal.
After his highly publicized breakup with actress-host Kim Chiu, Lim officially confirmed his relationship with Lee in an interview with Esquire magazine in May.
“Yes, I’m seeing Iris. Just to clear everything, to clear all the speculations. We are seeing each other, and we are very happy,” he said at the time.
The “Love, Die, Repeat” actor remarked that it affects him that there are many speculations regarding his past and current relationships.
“It just pains me na maraming hearsay, maraming dagdag-bawas sa kuwento,” Lim expressed. “Una sa lahat, Iris is a talented filmmaker. She’s my producer, and she’s also my creative partner.”
The couple first worked in 2021 for the Vivamax miniseries “Parang Kayo Pero Hindi,” where Lim served as one of the leads and Lee a senior associate producer.
In 2023, Lim and Lee got the chance to work together again in the movie “Hello, Universe,” which marked the former’s directorial debut.
In the same year, rumors about Lim and Chiu separating made the rounds on the internet. In December, the two officially confirmed their breakup after 12 years of dating.
In February 2024, Lim and Lee’s photo at the Watanabe Riding Development riding school went viral. It was the first time the two were spotted after the actor’s breakup with Chiu.
