Nash Aguas, Mika Dela Cruz ‘nostalgic’ during visit to ‘Goin’ Bulilit’ set
A month after getting their wedding, Nash Aguas and Mika Dela Cruz took a trip down memory lane as they visited the set of the kids’ gag show “Goin’ Bulilit,” as it’s about to return on July 1.
In an ABS-CBN News’ interview on its YouTube channel, the couple said the set visit was a “nostalgic” moment for them, with Dela Cruz saying that it opened many doors not only for them but also for their castmates.
“Hindi kami maka-focus ni Nash kasi tawa lang kami nang tawa. Hindi kami makapaniwala na kami ‘yun,” she said. “Ang sarap sa pakiramdam that ‘Goin Bulilit’ is back. Before [the set visit], nagkaroon kami ng opportunities na magkita-kita ang [‘Goin Bulilit’] castmates.”
(Nash and I couldn’t focus because we kept on laughing. We can’t believe that we were once in the kids’ shoes. It makes me so happy that “Goin’ Bulilit” is back. And before the set visit, we already had the opportunity to reconnect with our castmates.
Aguas said the gag show was a huge part of their lives, and the strong friendship between the cast and crew is proof of how the new-generation cast is in “good hands.”

Meanwhile, Dela Cruz is “happy” for the cast, knowing that they will form “strong friendships” while advising them to “enjoy the ride.”
“It goes by so quickly and dadating na ang inyong graduation. Along the way, marami kayong matututunan professionally but at the same time, alagaan niyo ang friendships na mabubuo rito, pati ang staff which is the core of ‘Goin’ Bulilit,’” she said.

Aguas and Dela Cruz’s love story started when they met as kids on the set of the gag show. They were part of its seventh batch until they eventually graduated in 2011. They tied the knot in May 2024.
“Goin’ Bulilit” launched the careers of many celebrities, including Kathryn Bernardo, Belle Mariano, Miles Ocampo, Julia Montes, and Alexa Ilacad, to name a few.
