Cong TV, Viy Cortez ‘spent 8 digits’ on wedding—event planner

The lavish wedding of vloggers Cong TV, whose real name is Lincoln Velasquez, and Viy Cortez cost them a whopping eight-digit figure, according to their event planner Princess Anne Ramos. 

Ramos revealed this through her Instagram page on Thursday, June 20, as she commended the newlyweds for acknowledging their wedding suppliers despite having no X-deals with them.

“Sobrang bait nila. [Cong and Viy] asked for the suppliers’ lineup to tag us and thank everyone, even though they already thanked us many times before,” she stated, showing screenshots of the vloggers’ respective posts that include the Instagram handles of those who rendered their service on the couple’s special day.

“They spent 8 digits on their wedding—yes, you read that right!” the event planner further noted. “Yet they still wanted to acknowledge everyone who worked on their wedding, even though some might think we’re [X-deals]. The couple insisted on tagging us all!”

Ramos then addressed the couple, thanking them for putting their trust in her and in their chosen suppliers.

“Cong and Viy, from the moment you trusted the suppliers you booked, we’ve been so grateful! God bless your marriage and your beautiful family!” she said.

Ramos also showed a clip of Cortez before she walked down the aisle, with the former saying she became emotional upon seeing the latter.

Cortez then seemingly confirmed Ramos’ statement as the vlogger shared the latter’s post via Instagram Stories, adding the caption: “Mahal namin kayo, Miss P. Salamat sa inyo.”

Cong and Cortez, who have been together for about a decade, wed in a grand church ceremony held in Muntinlupa City on June 17. They have a son named Zeus Emmanuel, also fondly called Kidlat, whom they welcomed in 2022.
