Vloggers Cong TV and Viy Cortez are now finally engaged to be married, after seven years of being in a relationship.
Cortez revealed her engagement by showing herself kissing Cong TV while wearing her engagement ring, via her Facebook and Instagram pages yesterday, Nov. 3.
“Yes love! Una pa lang alam ko na ikaw ang magiging asawa ko (From the start, I knew you would be my husband),” she said.

For his part, Cong TV expressed love and appreciation for his fiancée on his Instagram page, also yesterday.
“Salamat sa matiyaga mong paghihintay. Hindi ka na magtatanong sa’kin muli. I love you @viycortez!” he said.

Cong TV also revealed in a YouTube vlog yesterday that he proposed to Cortez during his birthday party, which was attended by friends and fellow vloggers last Oct. 28.
“We’ve come a long way but a lot to go. Solid kasi naging sandalan kita sa mga pinakamahirap na parte ng buhay ko at salamat sa Diyos na ikaw ang kasama ko sa pinakamasasarap na parte,” he told Cortez.
(…It’s amazing because you have been the shoulder I could lean on during the most difficult times of my life and thank God you are with me in the greatest times.)
“Swerte ako kasi sa’yo ko kailangan tanungin ‘yung ‘Will you marry me?’ Bukod kasi sa sure ako na o-oo ka sa’kin, wala na akong mahihiling pa sa isang babaeng katulad mo… I love you, love,” Cong TV added.
(I am so lucky because it is you who I asked, “Will you marry me?” Other than I am sure you will say yes, I could not wish for anything more from a woman like you… I love you, love.)
Among those who sent congratulatory greetings to Cong TV and Cortez were Alodia Gosiengfiao, Donnalyn Bartolome and Krissy Achino.
Cong TV and Cortez met in 2015 and have been a couple for seven years. Their engagement comes months after the pair welcomed their son Zeus Emmanuel, who they nicknamed Kidlat. /ra
