After weeks of engagement speculations, Michelle Madrigal revealed her new beau and announced that they are indeed set to get married.
Madrigal made the revelation by showing a video of herself hugging a guy whose name was not immediately revealed, through her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, June 11. The clip was originally shared by cosmetic dentist Tejas Patel.
“The best surprise ever!” she captioned her post.
In the succeeding posts, the former actress confirmed their engagement and described her boyfriend as her “partner in Christ, business partner” and “best step dad to Anika,” her daughter with her former husband Troy Woolfolk.
“[Damned] if you, [damned] if you don’t. No matter what you do, people will always have something to say. So, live your life and follow the path that God has given you,” she began.
“I’ve kept my dating life very private since my last relationship, and choosing to stay quiet this time has been the best decision. But yes, I am marrying the man God sent me during my waiting season,” she added.

Speculations of Madrigal’s engagement arose in May after she shared an Instagram video of her date night with her “fiancé.”
Madrigal got married to Woolfolk in 2019, two years after they welcomed Anika. Their divorce was finalized in April 2022.
In the same year, Madrigal had a non-showbiz boyfriend, but she confirmed their split in July 2023.
