Rufa Mae Quinto gave a virtual tour of her two-story condominium in Makati which she put up for sale for P45.5 million.

The 146-square-meter condominium consists of a bedroom loft with balcony, a bathroom, a powder room and a maid’s quarter with bathroom, as per the actress‘ Instagram page on Thursday, June 6. The fully furnished unit also includes two car parking slots.

Quinto added that the property is also up for rent at P150,000 per month. She, however, did not immediately disclose her reason for putting the condominium for sale or rent.

Quinto has been flying back and forth between the Philippines and the United States, where her husband Trevor Magallanes and their daughter Athena are based.

The actress-comedian returned to the country last May 18 and enjoyed a welcome dinner with friends and loved ones.

Meanwhile, Quinto is set to make a comeback as the titular character in her hit 2001 film “Booba.” She announced this in April 2023, hinting at the time that the movie is slated for release this year.

Further details on the project have yet to be announced as of this writing.
