Daniel Padilla, Karla Estrada’s family home up for sale for P50 million

After Daniel Padilla’s luxury sports car, the two-story family home of the actor and his mom Karla Estrada in Quezon City has also been put up for sale with an asking price of P50 million.
A real estate account shared photos and videos of the property, described as an “elegant owner’s built house,” through its Instagram page in December last year.
The house for sale was promoted again through its Instagram Stories on Wednesday, Jan. 17.

Padilla, Estrada and their family appear to have still celebrated Christmas and New Year in their Quezon City home, as seen in the holiday photos shown by the celebrity mom on her Instagram page.

Meanwhile, comedian-talent manager Ogie Diaz chimed in on the matter through a vlog on his “Ogie Diaz Showbiz Update” YouTube channel.
“I’m sure iisipin ng mga tao, ‘San na sila titira? Naghihirap na ba ang pamilya ni Daniel Padilla kaya nagbebenta ng bahay?’ Alam niyo, ang importante ay may ibebenta,” Diaz said.
(I’m sure the public has questions like “Where will they live now? Is Daniel Padilla’s family selling their house due to financial problems?” What’s important is that they have something to sell.)
“Ang alam ko kasi, parang ang gusto ni Karla ay ibenta na ‘yung bahay kasi gusto na niyang lumipat sa bandang south,” he added, further surmising that the TV host-actress might also want a new environment or a bigger place for her extended family.
(From what I know, Karla wanted to sell the house because she has been wanting to move somewhere in the south.)
Both Padilla and Estrada have yet to comment on this as of this writing.
Padilla’s Chevrolet Corvette Stingray C7, which was his first sports car and had an asking price of P6.5 million, was earlier sold to a buyer from Angeles, Pampanga.
