Heart Evangelista cries foul over ‘wala kasing anak’ remark

Heart Evangelista, who just lost her fourth baby, hit back at a netizen who said that the fashion personality only looks pretty because she does not have a child.
Evangelista responded to TikTok user @mizuki who left a comment on a video of the actress with actress-TV host Anne Curtis.
“Parang ang bata ni Heart,” another netizen said in the comments section, to which @mizuki supposedly replied, “Wala kasing anak.”
The comment has already been taken down, but Evangelista released a video with a screenshot of it through her TikTok page.
“Napipikon ako sa’yo ah,” she said in the clip. “Please comment with your real account so I can address you properly. But since you didn’t use your real account, I cannot address you properly and I will not address you properly.”
“My dear, it’s already 2024. I have lost four babies already. Don’t give me this sh*t,” she addressed the commenter.
Giving context to her followers, she continued, “So may nag-comment na you’re only pretty because you didn’t have a child.”
Evangelista then noted that she takes care of her skin and regularly goes to the dermatologist, which is the reason why she looks “fresh.”
“Darling, nag-eeffort po akong magpaganda and I live a very grateful and peaceful life—that makes a big difference,” she stressed.
“Napikon ako ha,” she concluded, jokingly urging the management of the video platform to locate the rude commenter.

Evangelista recently opened up about her heartbreak over losing her “fourth angel,” sharing an open letter to her unborn son whom she named after her husband, Sen. Francis “Chiz” Escudero.
Prior to this, Evangelista already lost her twins in 2018 and a baby girl earlier this year.
