Heart Evangelista heartbroken after losing ‘4th angel’

Heart Evangelista revealed that she suffered another miscarriage just a few days before Monday’s Day, penning a bittersweet letter showing gratitude to her unborn son.
On her Instagram account, Evangelista said losing her “fourth angel” is one of her “biggest heartbreaks” but this nonetheless allowed her to “feel so much love.”
“A few days ago our baby [boy’s] heart stopped beating. This will be our 4th angel… and although this could be one of my biggest heartbreaks … thank YOU for still trying to be with me and for making me feel so much love already,” she said.

The fashion personality, who addressed her son as “Francis ko,” said she will “keep her heart intact” as he would someday “find [his] way” back to her and husband, Senator Francis “Chiz” Escudero.

In her post, Evangelista showed a letter to her unborn son, where she said that she was “sure to meet him,” and that she had prepared a few things that her son might like, but that his heart had stopped breathing.
“For some reason, your beating heart lost its way to us. I don’t blame you for being scared — It’s a scary world, but I would like to let you know that I was prepared for you. Even if I am heartbroken, I will keep my heart intact while you find your way back to us. Your beating heart has healed me in so many ways. I love you, anak. I’ll be waiting for you,” she said in the letter.
Evangelista’s post was flooded by support from her followers in the comments, including her sister Camille Ongpauco, designer Michael Leyva, Bea Alonzo, Kakai Bautista, Jolina Magdangal, and model Mikaela Martinez.

The “I Left My Heart in Sorsogon” star’s post comes two months after she revealed that she had an unborn daughter named “Sophia Heart” in an interview with Boy Abunda, but she “didn’t make it.”
Evangelista also lost her twins in a miscarriage in 2018 which made her realize how much she wanted kids “so badly.”
