True Faith frontman Medwin Marfil tied the knot with his non-showbiz boyfriend Mark Angeles at an intimate ceremony in California in the US.
Marfil took to his Instagram page on Wednesday, May 15 to announce his marriage to Angeles, although he opted to keep the details of their California wedding brief.
The post showed the vocalist and his partner in marital bliss where they wore matching white polo shirts, khaki pants, and white shoes.
“May 11, 2024, Rockaway Beach, Pacifica, California. It was a beautiful day. Mark [heart] Meds,” he captioned his post with ring emojis. The post seemingly showed the date of their wedding which took place at a beach in California.
Marfil’s post is filled with congratulatory messages from his followers.
The announcement marks the first time Marfil went public about his gender and personal life. It remains unknown if he will be staying in California for good.
Angeles is based in San Francisco, California, and is working at the University of California San Francisco Parnassus Campus, per his Facebook account.
Marfil’s partner also studied at the Colegio de San Juan de Letran and Don Bosco Technical Institute Makati campus when he lived in the Philippines. Before living in the US, he was previously based in Las Piñas.
