Julia Barretto finally discharged from hospital after two days’ confinement

Julia Barretto is now recuperating at home after spending several days in the hospital for an undisclosed ailment, an ordeal that she described as “tough.”
On Instagram, the “Secret Ingredient” actress posted a black-and white picture of herself while presumably still at the hospital with an oxygen tube on her nose, while her hand has an IV inserted. Meanwhile, two vases full of roses and tulips were displayed on a vanity table. Another picture showed her while lying in bed but without the nasal tube.
“Discharged and finally home. Thanks so much to my doctors, nurses and the entire medical staff for taking such good care of me the past couple of days. Thank you for the long hours of hard work,” Barretto said.

Barretto admitted that she had a “tough” time while sick, but that she is “taking this one as a reminder that our health should always be top priority.”
Get-well messages flooded her Instagram page, including from her mother Marjorie, and sister Claudia. Marjorie likewise reminded her daughter to slow down and get more rest.

The actress was last seen in the public eye while promoting a new film with her former boyfriend and love team Joshua Garcia.
