Angeline Quinto confirms second pregnancy, expecting baby girl

After weeks of speculations, Angeline Quinto finally confirmed that she’s pregnant with her second child, further revealing that she’s having a baby girl.
The singer-actress made the confirmation through her Asoka makeup challenge entry which used her song “Piliin Mo ang Pilipinas,” as seen in a video on her Instagram page on Monday, May 6.
The clip features a barefaced Quinto who glams up after several transitions, then flaunts her baby bump while donning a traditional costume.
At the latter part of the video, Quinto was joined by her non-showbiz husband Nonrev Daquina and their firstborn Sylvio who watched the singer as she hit a clay pot containing pink confetti.
“It’s a girl,” read the phrase that flashes after the announcement.

Fellow celebrities Melai Cantiveros, Ogie Alcasid, Vina Morales and Jona Viray were among those who celebrated Quinto’s announcement via the comments section.

Quinto and Daquina welcomed Sylvio in April 2022, and announced their engagement in September of the same year.
Speculations on Quinto’s second pregnancy arose last month after comedian-showbiz reporter Ogie Diaz claimed that Quinto and Daquina were expecting their second child.
Diaz also revealed at the time that the couple would wed at the Quiapo Church, which indeed happened last April 25.
“Sa wakas… Natuloy ang pangarap (Finally, my dream became a reality),” Quinto spoke of their wedding.
