Marian Rivera drops teaser for much-awaited Marimar dance cover

Marian Rivera left fans beaming with excitement as she granted their request, dropping the teaser for her eagerly awaited Marimar dance cover.
“Challenge accepted!” the “Rewind” actress exclaimed, showing a silhouette of herself—in her signature Marimar curls—dancing against a red backdrop through her TikTok page on Friday, April 26.
Prior to this, Rivera had joined several dance challenges, gaining millions of views and likes on her TikTok page.
Her comments section have been swarmed by fans urging her to take on the Marimar dance challenge, which is from the actress’ titular character in the 2007 Philippine remake of the 1994 Mexican drama “Marimar.”

After the release of the teaser, thrilled fans and celebrities could not seem to stop raving about it, bombarding Rivera’s comments section with cheers once again.

Rivera will release the dance cover on her TikTok page on Saturday, April 27, at 7 p.m.
Aside from “Marimar,” Rivera’s notable TV characters include her titular roles in “Dyesebel” (2008) and “Darna” (2012). Her success in these series earned her the title of GMA Network’s Primetime Queen.
Rivera earlier marked her comeback on GMA Primetime with the TV series “My Guardian Alien,” in which she stars alongside Gabby Concepcion, Max Collins, Gabby Eigenmann, Raphael Landicho and Kiray Celis, among others.
