‘TV Patrol,’ ‘TV Patrol Weekend’ to air on ALLTV channel starting April 15
ABS-CBN flagship newscast “TV Patrol” and its weekend version “TV Patrol Weekend” are back on channel 2, as it will air on ALLTV beginning April 15.
On its April 13 episode, broadcast journalists Alvin Elchico and Zen Hernandez announced that its flagship newscast will be aired on the Manny Villar-owned ALLTV channel starting next week.
“Mga Kapamilya, taos puso kaming nagpapasalamat sa patuloy ninyong pagtangkilik sa ‘TV Patrol’ at sa ‘TV Patrol Weekend.’ Simula sa Lunes, April 15, mapapanood nyo na rin kami sa ALLTV,” Elchico said, as seen in a clip uploaded by the media giant’s corporate communications division on Tiktok.

Meanwhile, Hernandez invited the news program’s audience to support the newscast on all its platforms.

Aside from ALLTV, “TV Patrol” will also be aired on A2Z, ANC, Kapamilya Channel, Teleradyo Serbisyo and radio channel DWPN.
The confirmation comes after talks of the newscast joining ALLTV circulated among social media and media circles.
The newscast, which airs at 6:30 p.m. on weeknights, is hosted by Noli De Castro, Karen Davila, Henry Omaga-Diaz and Bernadette Sembrano.
They are also joined by Gretchen Fullido, Ariel Rojas, Winnie Cordero and Migs Bustos.
Meanwhile, the weekend edition is led by Elchico and Hernandez.
The frequency of ALLTV was previously owned by ABS-CBN until the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) ordered the media giant’s shutdown in 2020.
The network went off the air on May 5 of the same year.
