Niño Muhlach had to pause shooting for “Batang Quiapo” to see a doctor after he suffered from throbbing pain in his nose due to a pimple.

An evidently distressed Muhlach documented himself in his vehicle which was being escorted by an ambulance to a clinic, as seen in a video on the actor’s Facebook page on Wednesday, April 10.

(Guys, I’m here in my car now and we’re being escorted by an ambulance. We were shooting for “Batang Quiapo” when my nose became so painful because of a pimple inside it. It’s already swollen, so we are heading to a hospital for treatment.)

“Sobrang sakit talaga. (It’s really painful. I can no longer dialogue [with my co-actors] and act properly because of the pain.)

Muhlach added that he decided to rush to the clinic because he was already having a hard time memorizing the script and delivering it due to his condition.

(I was unable to film because the pain was throbbing. As you know, it’s dangerous to have such in this part of the face because it is close to the brain.)

A few hours after undergoing the procedure, Muhlach was able to return to the filming set, as seen in a separate post.

Muhlach joined the “Batang Quiapo” cast in March. He portrays the role of Baste, a sports bar owner and the boss of Alawi’s character Bubbles.
