Anne Curtis made her first-ever appearance on GMA Network’s “24 Oras” ahead of the “It’s Showtime” premiere on the network. 

On Friday, April 5, Curtis appeared live on the news program’s “Chika Minute” segment to invite everyone to watch “It’s Showtime” as it makes its historic debut on GMA-7 today, April 6, at 11:30 a.m. 

“Never in my wildest dreams inakala ko na mangyayari ang pagkakataon na ‘to at ito na nga, bukas na po mangyayari na ang imposible naging posible,” said the actress.

(I never thought this opportunity would happen and here it is, tomorrow the impossible will happen.)

The “Baler” actress teased the surprises and the things viewers can expect on the premiere of the noontime variety show on the Kamuning-based network. 

“Isang malaking pasabog at engrandeng pagwelcome samin dito sa GMA starting tomorrow. Sana po panoorin niyo po ang aming first episode ng “It’s Showtime” sa GMA,” she said.

(A big blast and grand welcome to GMA starting tomorrow. I hope you will watch our first episode of “It’s Showtime” on GMA.)

“Madaming dapat abangan. May kantahan. May kakulitan. May games. Makikita mo ang Kapuso stars at Kapamilya stars na magsama sama,” added the actress-host.

(There’s a lot to look forward to. There is singing. There is mischief. There are games. You will see Kapuso stars and Kapamilya stars together.)

Curtis also asked everyone to look forward to the celebration of comedian-host Vice Ganda, who will be celebrating her 48th birthday on the show.

“Madlang Kapuso, please join us tomorrow as we bring you laughter. We bring you fun. Magtatawanan lang po tayo bukas. Magsasayawan. Kantahan. Lahat ibibigay po namin sainyo. Abangan niyo rin po ang birthday celebration ng Meme ng Bayan, Vice Ganda,”

When asked who among the Kapuso stars she looke forward to working with in the future, the Kapamilya actress said it’s her sister Jasmin Curtis-Smith, Alden Richards, Dingdong Dantes and Dennis Trillo.

The “It’s Showtime” hosts are also set to appear on “Family Feud” on Monday, April 8, and are also hoping to appear on “Running Man Philippines.”
