Pia Wurtzbach asked her fans to join her in supporting her fellow beauty queen Ariadna Gutierrez, who has joined the reality competition “La Casa de los Famosos.”

After giving a life update, the Miss Universe 2015 titleholder spoke about Gutierrez’s endeavor through her Instagram broadcast channel on Friday, March 29.

It can be recalled that Wurtzbach and the Colombian beauty queen-model were involved in the Miss Universe 2015 winner announcement mishap. This was after TV host Steve Harvey mistakenly announced Gutierrez as the winner, then retracted his words and declared that the Filipino beauty queen was the rightful titleholder.

“[By the way], wanted to talk about something with you guys. I need your help with this. So Ariadna is in a competition right now. It’s called ‘La Casa De Los Famosos,'” Wurtzbach said in her broadcast channel.

The reality competition, Wurtzbach said, can be compared to the reality TV series “Big Brother.”

“…She’s up for elimination this week. [Voting] is free and can be done anywhere in the world,” Wurtzbach continued. “Gusto ko siyang tulungan. Kaya niyang ipanalo ito e. Pakita natin sa kanya that we support her.”

Wurtzbach added that she has been in contact with Gutierrez’s manager, and that she has vowed her support for the Colombian beauty queen.

Wurtzbach also shared the voting link, along with a video of herself speaking in Spanish as she asked the public to help in voting for Gutierrez.

Wurtzbach and Gutierrez were last seen in public together in September last year, when they reunited at a fashion event in Paris.

“The reunion you’ve all been waiting for,” Wurtzbach said of their meeting.
