Vice Ganda meets with ABS-CBN, GMA execs

Vice Ganda bonded with bosses from ABS-CBN and GMA Network over dinner, after the media giants’ contract signing for their “It’s Showtime” collaboration.

The noontime show host shared a meal with Kapamilya executives Cory Vidanes and Carlo Katigbak, and GMA bosses Annette Gozon-Valdes and Joel Marcelo Gimenez, as seen on Vice Ganda’s Instagram Stories on Thursday, March 21.

While the actor-comedian did not immediately expound on the purpose of the intimate gathering, he captioned his post: “Super good vibes dinner with the bosses!”

Meanwhile, other “It’s Showtime” hosts expressed gratitude and excitement over their partnership with GMA through their respective Instagram pages.

“Never in our wildest dreams. It’s been a journey of high lows and as we inch closer to our 15th year, we are humbly grateful to [GMA] for officially making us their new noontime show,” Anne Curtis said.

“We will continue our journey in making our Madlang people/Kapuso happy!” she vowed. “Maraming Salamat sa GMA bosses for such a warm welcome. And again, to our ABS-CBN bosses, thank you for keeping the faith and fighting for us.”

“Thank you, Lord,” Vhong Navarro said, showing a clip from the contract-signing event.

“To God be the Glory! Thank you Lord! Maraming salamat, Madlang Kapuso!” Amy Perez said for her part.

“It’s Showtime” will air on GMA’s noontime slot from Monday to Saturday starting April 6.
