Baron Geisler reveals he has another kid aside from daughter Tali

Baron Geisler opened up about fatherhood and revealed that he has a daughter older than Tali, his first child with his wife Jamie Evangelista.
The actor made the revelation while talking about his good relationship with Tali as well as her two older brothers, who are Evangelista’s children from her previous relationship.
“Being a father is not easy,” Geisler said in an interview vlog with comedian-showbiz reporter Ogie Diaz on Friday, March 15. “Happy-go-lucky ako before. Now, para akong ABS-CBN—in the service not of the Filipino, but of my family, for my family.”

Recalling how Geisler was once a “womanizer,” Diaz then asked the actor if he had other children he did not introduce to the public.
“When I speak the truth, I speak the truth. When I lie, I lie, so, I have someone out there. I have a kid out there, another one,” he revealed. “I hope someday, when things are okay, we’ll get to talk.”
Geisler said he and Evangelista had already met his daughter, and that it was his wife who helped him earn the trust of his child.
“Happy ako na lumaki siyang hindi niya naranasan yung kapangitan ng ugali ko, kabulastugan ko. Pero, lonely and sad [ako] because I didn’t get to hug her or see her grow up, or talk to her, or play with her,” the actor admitted.
(I’m happy that she didn’t grow up witnessing my bad attitude and mess. but at the same time, I’m lonely and sad because I didn’t get to hug her or see her grow up, or talk to her, or play with her.)
Geisler recounted his excitement when he first met his eldest daughter, saying he even gifted her with an expensive jewelry set. He also disclosed that she got angry with him in 2023 after learning about the actor’s alcohol relapse.
“Pinalaki siyang maayos ng mama at papa niya. She’s a very bright kid; hindi nagmana sa akin. Looks lang,” he boasted.
(She was raised right by her mother and father. She’s a very bright kid; she did not get it from me, but she did take after me when it comes to looks.)
Geisler opted not to disclose further details about his daughter, but he noted that he is trying to make it up for her by spending time with her.
Geisler and Evangelista, who have been together since 2018, tied the knot in 2019 then welcomed Tali in 2020.
