Taylor Swift, Katy Perry reunite at Eras tour after past ‘feud’
Katy Perry showed her support for Taylor Swift as she attended the latter’s Eras tour, debunking their alleged feud that goes a long way back.
On Instagram, the “Teenage Dream” singer posted a few photos from Swift’s concert in Sydney, Australia, with a clip of her reaction when the “Lover” singer sang “Bad Blood” which was reportedly written about their feud.

The reported misunderstanding between the pop icons began after a disagreement over backup dancers. In 2014, Swift told Rolling Stone magazine that she wrote “Bad Blood” because of another female artist who tried to sabotage her concert by stealing away three of her dancers.
“She basically tried to sabotage an entire arena tour. She tried to hire a bunch of people out from under me. And I’m surprisingly non-confrontational—you would not believe how much I hate conflict. So, now I have to avoid her. It’s awkward, and I don’t like it,” said the “Our Song” singer.

That’s how you want to deal with it? Karma!'” remarked Perry. “She started it, and it’s time for her to finish it.”
After their publicized dispute, the duo reportedly reconciled in 2018 after Swift shared that she and the “Thinking of You” singer had managed to hug and talk through the misunderstanding.
“She and I have really been on good terms for a while,” Swift told Capital Breakfast. “We saw each other at a party and walked up to each other and hugged it out and talked about things, and then we saw each other again and hung out at another party and it was just like something felt so much lighter about my life when things became really good between us.”
In 2019, the two worked on Swift’s “You Need to Calm Down” music video, and the “Love Story” singer said that they kept their reconciliation private for a while as they tried to make sure things were solid between them before announcing it to the public.
To this day, Perry is not just supporting Swift personally on her tour, but she was also spotted commenting on the “You Belong with Me” singer’s post with her boyfriend, football player Travis Kelce, saying things like “I ship.”
Given Perry’s recent Instagram post with Swift, fans took to social media to rejoice over the interaction between the pop singers.
